Never forget: The entire Clinton email scandal was dismissed to protect Obama, and now we have the “Trump-Russia collusion” hoax

As rumors swirled around Washington over the weekend about what is in the so-called “FISA memo” and whether it proves beyond a doubt that certain figures in the FBI and Department of Justice colluded to undermine Donald J. Trump’s campaign and, later, his presidency, there is one thing no one should ever forget: President Barack Obama’s role in all of this.

It was President Harry Truman who once famously quipped, “The buck stops here” — he even had a sign made with that phrase and placed on his desk. It means presidents ultimately have the responsibility for everything — every decision they make and everything that happens during their tenure, good, bad, and ugly.

The buck stopped with Truman and every president before and since; that includes the president anointed as a god-king by the Alt-Left and “mainstream” media.

And yet, Obama’s name is strangely absent from every pundit’s lips and every establishment press report regarding the spying operation — that is, when they report on it at all.

Well, that’s because he didn’t know about it, say his detractors. After all, as president, he was far too busy ‘running the country’ to be involved in this kind of dirty, messy business.

I really hope you don’t believe that. Because President “I first heard about it in news reports” was in this up to his eyeballs.

This scandal story doesn’t begin and end with Trump campaign spying. It actually begins with the FBI’s bogus investigation of Hillary Clinton’s mishandling of classified information via her home-brew unsecured email server while she was secretary of state.

As noted by the New York Post a month before the 2016 election, Obama told reporters in March 2015 he learned of Hillary’s improper server use “at the same time everybody else learned it through news reports.”

Not true. Hacked or stolen emails from Clinton advisors not only proved that Obama did know but how he knew. (Related: If FBI and DoJ officials formed “secret society” to plot against Trump, that’s textbook TREASON.)

“Looks like POTUS just said he found out HRC was using her personal e-mail when he saw it in the news,” wrote Hillary Clinton for America spokesman Josh Schwerin after learning of Obama’s claim.

“We need to clean this up,” replied Cheryl Mills, Clinton’s former chief of staff at the State Department. “He has e-mails from her — they do not say state.gov.”

In fact, Obama and Clinton exchanged emails through Clinton’s service; Obama used a pseudonym. If he didn’t know a) that Clinton was using an unauthorized private email server; and b) that she was using it to conduct State Department business involving classified information exchanges; c) he should have (because the buck stops with him) and d) he wouldn’t have used a pseudonym.

That Hillary wasn’t indicted for this, despite the very obvious fact that she broke the law, not simply protocol, in mishandling classified information, was to protect Barack Obama.

“Obama, using a pseudonymous email account, had repeatedly communicated with Secretary Clinton over her private, non-secure email account,” writes former federal prosecutor Andrew McCarthy at National Review. “These emails must have involved some classified information, given the nature of consultations between presidents and secretaries of state, the broad outlines of Obama’s own executive order defining classified intelligence (see EO 13526, section 1.4), and the fact that the Obama administration adamantly refused to disclose the Clinton–Obama emails. If classified information was mishandled, it was necessarily mishandled on both ends of these email exchanges.”

And yet, no one seemed to have any interest in holding Obama equally responsible for Clinton’s malfeasance, though he obviously knew about it.

Instead of a Clinton indictment and Obama impeachment, we get a cooked-up “Trump-Russia collusion” lie that was created by some of the same Deep State low-lifes who covered up for them.

As we see more play out in terms of how badly our justice system and intelligence community were abused by Obama to attack Trump, we should never forget who the real destroyers of our republic are. (Stay informed about the criminal Clinton operation at Clinton.news.)
